Description

Worried about using a computer? This course gets you over the barrier of turning the computer on and teaches you the basic mouse and keyboard techniques, as well as how to send and receive an email.

Course content:

This is an introductory course and is ideal for those that who have never used a computer before, or have very basic IT skills. We will start with the fundamentals, such as switching the computer on, navigating the mouse and using the keyboard, before exploring shopping and how to send and receive emails.

How is your progress checked?
Weekly feedback from tutor. Learners will be asked to complete a Personal Learning Record throughout their course and you may be asked to complete a feedback questionnaires for our funding bodies
