Description

The purpose of this course is to enable learners to plan and prepare healthy, tasty meals on a budget, avoiding waste and encouraging the use of less highly processed foods.

 

Course content:

This course will consist of a mixture of theory and practical application, looking at how to extend and bulk out meals, how to create satisfying healthy and tasty meals on a budget, how to safely store and reuse ‘left-overs’, and how to use edible foods that are often discarded and thrown away.

  • None required this course is suitable for people cooking for one, two or for a family

Be able to attend the weekly sessions, please bring an apron
