Learners need to be confident finding their way around Windows and have a basic understanding of using MS Excel.
Pen and paper or note book (not essential)
Mix of tutor input; individual practical tasks; group discussions; computer and online practical tasks, smart board demonstrations
Hand-outs/practical tasks and informal observation during sessions.
Not essential but would be advantageous to practise between lessons with resources given to you to keep your skill level up.
