Description

This course provides an introduction to food safety for supervisors – it also includes the requirements for the Level 2 course. It covers food safety, personal hygiene, cleaning, storage and temperature controls, HACCP and legal requirements. It comprises an online course with a multi-choice test and certificate at the end. There will be a scheduled online discussion (time below or to be confirmed) to reflect on learning and identify personal and/or organisational actions required.
