The aim of the course is to raise awareness of the skills of hospitality and customer service, providing a level 1 qualification to support employment in the hospitality and related sectors.
The course will explore the wide variety of jobs available in the catering and hosptiality sector. It will include the opportunity to develop stronger customer service skills as well as achieving the Level 2 Food Safety Certificate. You will visit the Jobs Fair and support with CVs and interview skills will be provided.
There are no entry requirements - just a willingness to get involved in the full 8 days of the course.
