The hospitality industry covers a wide range of business, such as hotels, restaurants and leisure facilities. During this course we will cover the different roles and responsibilities within the hospitality industry, customer service and front of house skills and how to progress with further study or employment in this area.
An entry level course that covers a variety of hospitality skills necessary to work in a range of positions such as a food and beverage attendant, waiter or waitress, catering and function sales.

Tutor led activities, group work, individual question and answers, discussions and feedback.
Learners will be asked to complete weekly feedback to record their journey from start to end. Learners will also be asked to complete a personal learning record at the start and end of their course to show distance travelled.
