In this course we’ll cover the typical signs and symptoms of depression and the impact depression can have on everyday life.

We’ll also explore possible causes, the difference between low mood, grief and clinical depression. And review some of the therapies and support available for depressive disorders.

Course content:

This course will look at the typical signs and symptoms associated with depression, its possible causes and potential therapies/management. All those interested are encouraged to come along; no previous knowledge is necessary. we will also cover the wider impact of depression on everyday life.
