About Course

Journaling is known to decrease stress and anxiety and increase confidence to help you achieve your goals.

There are no rules. You can write, draw, collage, add photos, anything goes! It is your way of making a record of your life whether that’s significant events or your progress towards your goals.

This session will give you the tools you need to start journaling and build your self-confidence.

Course content:

Over the course of the sessions learners will develop an understanding of how journaling can help improve and maintain personal well-being, through providing tools for identifying and encouraging healthy habits, setting goals and monitoring progress towards them, taking notice of the things they are grateful for and helping to address issues like stress and anxiety, amongst other things.

Learners will also learn skills and techniques to help them express themselves within their journals.
