How can you build your resilience to deal with stress?
In this course we’ll explore how stress can impact our everyday lives and identify ways to manage this better in the future to create less impact.
We will explore what stress and resilience means and how these impacts on our lives. We will focus on ways to support stresses in the future, how we can build your resilience, and how we can positively managed any current stresses and resilience.
No entry requirements.

Group discussions, tutor led activities.
Tutor will offer weekly feedback and guidance as a group and individually.
Learners will be asked to complete a learning record and feedback form at the end of this course.
