Paying more attention to the present moment – to your own thoughts and feelings and to the world around you can improve your overall wellbeing. The course aims to provide you with some of the tools to develop mindfulness in your day to day life.
Introduction to simple mindfulness practices and how they can be incorporated into daily life to bring about peace and well-being. Suitable for those with no experience of mindfulness practice or for people who want to refresh their mindfulness practice.
Previous knowledge or skill is not required
Access to the Internet and use of a laptop or tablet. Be able to attend the online session each week via ‘Zoom’ - joining information will be sent after you enrol.
Practice, demonstration and discussion.
Weekly feedback from tutor. Learners will be asked to complete a Personal Learning Record throughout their course and you may be asked to complete a feedback questionnaires for our funding bodies.
