Description

This course aims to explore and nurture our own Mind, Body & Soul in a safe environment. We will look at different ways we can make improvements and work on our own vision for a balance in life. The 5 sessions will include a variety of practical exercises including the use of time, a journal, spending time in nature as well as some craft activities to focus the mind. These sessions will boost confidence and allow us a little time to escape the normality of life.

Course content:

Taking time out for you is important for your overall wellbeing. This course will help you identify areas you need to focus as well as practical things you can do to support your wellbeing.
