On our taking care of you course we’ll give you the tools you need to build healthy habits. From eating healthy to building physical exercise into your day we’ll look at the different ways you can take care of yourself.
There will be lots of interactive activities on this course such as group discussions, videos, quizzes and worksheets. Learners will listen to information and then carry out activities based on what they’ve learnt.

Learners will be asked to complete a personal learning record and weekly feedback during their course.
