About Course

Health eating, physical exercise, maintaining your mental health. Sometimes the list of things to do can feel endless.

On our taking care of you course we’ll give you the tools you need to build healthy habits. From eating healthy to building physical exercise into your day we’ll look at the different ways you can take care of yourself.

Course content:

There will be lots of interactive activities on this course such as group discussions, videos, quizzes and worksheets. Learners will listen to information and then carry out activities based on what they’ve learnt.
