This course helps learners to manage their wellbeing both physical and mental. Learners will learn how to manage their mental health and how to increase healthy eating and exercise.
There will be lots of interactive activities on this course such as group discussions, videos, quizzes and worksheets. Learners will listen to information and then carry out activities based on what they’ve learnt.
The course will be delivered face to face in a classroom
No exam. Different tasks throughout to assess progress of learners.
