A 45 min, gentle mindful Hatha Yoga and meditation class which is designed to give your back and abdominals a gentle stretch, whilst also focusing on releasing the shoulders.
In this gentle Yoga and Meditation class, we take a friendly, personal and gentle approach to teaching four major aspects of a rounded Yoga practice: Physical posture and movement, breath work, relaxation and meditation.
This is a live, interactive online class in a supportive group where others will be completely new to the practice delivered by an experienced Yoga teacher. A Yoga mat for practice would be beneficial.
Access to the Internet and use of a laptop or tablet as the lesson is delivered via ‘Zoom@ and be able to attend the online session each week.
