Journaling is known to decrease stress and anxiety and increase confidence to help you achieve your goals.
In creative journaling there are no rules. You can write, draw, collage, add photos, anything goes! It is your way of making a record of your life whether that’s significant events or your progress towards your goals.
Each week we'll look at a different theme to help you learn various techniques to produce lovely journal pages with a base of paint.
Art journals are an opportunity for creative expression, but also an opportunity to record your feelings, hopes desires or anything else. And this session will give you the tools you need to start journaling and build your self-confidence.
This session will take place online, you will need to have access to a computer, laptop or tablet to take part. You will have the opportunity to collect a resource pack from your local centre and this will have many of the items needed for the sessions including templates to get you started.
