This course aims to explore and nurture our own Mind, Body & Soul in a safe environment. We will look at different ways we can make improvements and work on our own vision for a balance in life. The 5 sessions will include a variety of practical exercises including the use of time, a journal, spending time in nature as well as some craft activities to focus the mind. These sessions will boost confidence and allow us a little time to escape the normality of life.
