Yoga is good for your body and mind. With regular practice you will notice your body become stronger and more flexible.

This two workshop will focus on providing a nurturing yoga pratice alongside further infomraiton around the biology of perimenopause and menopause.

They'll also be health advice, information about current research on diet and lifestyle to assist with symptom control and an opportunity to ask questions and discuss.
