Rebecca is a registered nurse with many years of experience and is a yoga therapist.
In this course she will share ideas and advice for making healthy choices in daily life and how to integrate diet and lifestyle changes to benefit you and all the family.
This course will be tailored to the individuals who attend, so if you have a specific or general health need then this may well be the course for you. Topics might include diabetes, heart disease, indigestion, anxiety and depression, sleeping issues or pain.
The first half of the session will focus on the health needs of those present, with the second half of the session focued on an accessible yoga and relaxation practice.
