We welcomed students to our centres across Lincolnshire in Mablethorpe, Market Rasen and Gainsborough on results day, 25 August this year.

GCSE results day always brings a mixture of excitement and nerves and to the students opening envelopes with their results, this year was no different.

Students were a mixture of adult learners and 16–18-year-old students on our Flare programme.

Adult learners often take their GCSE in English or Maths for the first time to help them progress into work or move on to further study. GCSEs are often a requirement for many places of work and colleges.

And through our Flare programme, 16–18-year-olds have the opportunity to learn through practical methods in an informal environment. Alongside doing their GCSEs in English and Maths, students can volunteer in the local community, do work experience and take vocational courses.

A huge congratulations to all our students on their hard work and dedication to achieve their amazing results this year.
