Delivered over five consecutive weeks, each two-hour session explores different aspects of menopause, including common symptoms, mental health and emotional wellbeing, and the medications and support options available.
The sessions provide practical hints, tips and honest conversation about navigating menopause, whether you are approaching it, experiencing it now, or supporting someone who is.
In a relaxed and supportive environment, you will have the opportunity to learn more about what’s happening in your body, share experiences, and discover strategies that can help you manage symptoms and feel more confident through the journey.
