Award in Education and Training

The Award in Education and Training is an introductory qualification for anyone interested in teaching, training or supporting learners in an education or workplace setting.

The course will help you develop the knowledge, skills and confidence needed to plan and deliver inclusive learning. You\’ll explore the roles and responsibilities of a teacher or trainer, different approaches to learning, effective communication, assessment and how to create a positive and supportive learning environment.

It\’s an ideal starting point if you\’re considering a career in teaching or training, or if you\’re already working with learners and would like to develop your skills and gain a recognised qualification.

No previous teaching experience is required.
